Sri Lanka’s Roshan Mahanama will perform duties as the match referee for the ninth successive time in the HBL PSL
Four members of the ICC’s elite panel of umpires will officiate matches in the ninth edition
Among the five foreign umpires, Chris Gaffaney from New Zealand will officiate his first HBL PSL match on 18 March in Multan
HBL PSL 9 opening match is scheduled for 17 February at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore
